There is that one BUT. You cna only set skills in skill queue that at MAX last 24 hours. Thus you CANNOT set skills on skill queue that would last like 26 hours and 36 hours. Thus...skill queues would be great for 1 days old noob but for the rest...

Yea i did find out same with testing diffrent ceptor fits. Either you get close orbit with ceptor to avoid turrets but being eaten by missiles and drones...or pick long distance orbit and being eaten by medium short range laser or particle turret...
